Question by Christian D: Electronic Cigarette: Bought an 808-D Kit w/ cartomizer’s. How do i refill this? what do I need?
I purchased this from mapvapes.com and I love it. The “juice” isn’t that great tasting and I would like to try others but I know nothing on how to refill these or if I need new cartomizer’s because of the previous liquid already held in there. I have no idea what I am doing. can someone help me out?

lol, where to post this question???

I haven’t tried refilling as of yet, but I’ll try to point you in the right direction. There are several different ways to refill an e-cig, and a bit of debate on the best way to do it. Check out youtube for some instructional videos. I will also include a forum that discusses all required and recommended items. Good luck to you.

So, you’ve finally decided to throw your glasses away. You no longer need to worry about brining around an extra case when you go out of town. More importantly, you won’t have to squint every single time you read books, watch movies, or drive your car. Your eyes, after all, lead you where to go, tell you what to do, and give you warning if there is danger looming ahead. You can do this through laser eye surgery, which is otherwise known as Lasik procedure. Glasses and contact lenses will do for a while, but it would be nice to see without help. Lasik surgery just makes it easier for you.

Right now, laser surgery is the best way to go because you regain your clear vision and know that you don’t have to worry about much of anything else as you go about your daily chores. Just as important as the process itself is the after-care. Remember that your eyes have gone through some form of stress. While the procedure has now been perfected, you still need to take heed of the advice given to you by your eye doctor if you to fully recover from it.

1. The procedure doesn’t take long. In fact, you can be in and out of the clinic within half an hour or so. After, you might just need a friend to help you on your drive home. That’s because you’ll be asked to wear a special kind of cover that hinders you from seeing anything. 2. Continue to wear the protection when you take your nap. Close all the curtains and blinds as you sleep your way through the healing process. When you wake up, you’ll see everything better. In fact, you’ll be impressed at how much better your vision will be in such a short span of time.3. It is important to note that the first couple of days are the most crucial. Avoid reading, working on your computer, staying too close to the TV, and anything else that can strain your eye muscles. 4. Avoid rubbing and touching your eyes. When you shower, make sure to face the other way. If this is difficult, you can consider using a face towel for the time being.5. Avoid contact sports for the first 6 months. Your doctor will give you go signal during your post-operative visits. This is because your eyes need to heal first. The nerves inside are still quite sensitive. Thus, give it time to recover. 6. Avoid smoky areas such as bars and clubs. You don’t want the smoke to cloud your vision and affect the nerves while they’re haven’t fully healed. You’re more prone to infection this way. 7. For the first month, use your sunglasses whenever you stay under the heat of the sun or if you’re exposed to bright, glaring lights.

Always make it a point to visit your eye doctor regularly for the follow-up exams. Listen to what the experts have to say and appreciate the new gift of vision you have.

Laser eye surgery recovery is extremely important, especially when you want to maximize the effects of the procedure. Go to a reputable eye center such as EyeCare 2020. Check out the site and see how they can help you with their NJ Lasik vision correction surgery.

How long do i need to quit smoking to Breastfeed?

Question by cassy: How long do i need to quit smoking to Breastfeed?
i had my baby oct 6th and i started smoking right after i had her but i been feeding her soy formula but im going to quit how long do i need to stop smoking to breastfeed and is it ok to Breastfeed even if she is on soy formula?

Best answer:

Answer by Becca
I would wait a month to let all the nicotine get out of your system and pump (don’t feed her this milk discard it) while you wait so your milk doesn’t dry up.

Edited to say i read an answer below please DO NOT breastfeed while you are smoking, you don’t want that baby to get that nicotine and other bad chemicals in cigarettes, that’s like drinking and breastfeeding. Everything you eat or drink goes in that baby’s system that’s why they tell you to stay away from so many foods while breastfeeding!

I need to quit smoking ; Advice?

Question by JULIE P: I need to quit smoking ; Advice?
Hi, Im 13 years old due to turn 14 in a month

I Must Quit ASAP, Im Saying must because as much as i like it. I know im dieing from it and it really dont help in my sports. I Started in september 2011 because of mates , throughout the whole of august I said no to any type of smoking to my mates till one day in september I gave in. Since then you can say ive been hooked. I like smoking in certain ways to help me outside my body but inside I know the end result of it. One day I might smoke 5 then next 15 depends if im out or in.

Im very sporty I play football(soccer) twice a week and rugby 3 times a week(2 of those days are matches). Despite it not having a major effect on me at the moment , but I know deep down give it a few months if I continue it will. Also rugby and football are highly physical games.

Furthermore,I have smoked weed a few times and I enjoy the buzz of it but im a bright boy , I dont want to fail any GCSE or A-levels because I have my dreams I want to achieche :L . I believe I can easily quit weed as I rarely do it and I never ever fancy a zute unless of course ive got it.

Also to add on top of smoking , I think im an unhealthy boy because of my diet. Although I stay fit , thats only because I put 100% effort in sports. With that on top of smoking , I know in 10 years down the line im going to be lazy and just not going to be able to do anything.

Also , Im Scared I admit, not only of the dangers in smoking both tobacco and weed but also school and my managers in football can kick me out the team (no matter how good I realy am). I tend to be a good boy in school but do hang around with troublemakers and if one day they get busted for smoking so may I . Aswell I Play rugby for the school rugby A team and that will cause a problem as I really dont like getting in trouble

I got a nicotine inhaler which kind of helps, I was wondering any tips for me to stop. I want to avoid the embarresment of going into a chemist buying any more quit smoking products but if I have to I will.

I got told nicotine gum is good aswell , this could be a good option to choose in school for me as I can say its normal chewing gum instead of getting a nictone inhaler out and risking getting caught.

Can you suggest any more advice? Mostly products to help but I would still that tips on board. By the way I live in England

You haven’t been smoking that long. This is the easiest it’ll ever be for you to quit. You haven’t even been smoking long enough to be addicted. Just stop

Question by emmmmmmma: I need to give my boyfriend a reason to quit smoking, ideas?
I love my boyfriend, but he really needs to quit smoking. It really bothers me, but I want him to have a strong reason to quit for himself, not me or anyone else. Any one have any ideas they’d pass my way?

Best answer:

Answer by Amanda C
you arent going to be able to give him an idea that is good enough unless he really wants to quit for himself. so it’s really a waste of time.

I have bronchitis and i need to quit smoking, any tricks?

Question by : I have bronchitis and i need to quit smoking, any tricks?
i found out i have chronic bronchitis and i need to quit smoking. does anyone have any cheap easy tricks to quit?

Best answer:

Answer by Nutsters-Vex©
I’ve found from personal experience to take those wanting to quit smoking to visit a COPD ward of a hospital & let them watch patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease struggling to breathe.
As you have bronchitis you must know only too well how awful that feels & why it can give them real incentive to quit for good.
I would suggest you call into a pharmacy & pick up a nicotine replacement aid of your choice.
There’s gum, inhalers, patches or if you feel it would help you, get the details of when the next meeting of a support group is being held.
Remember you can do this, everyone given the opportunity can be a non-smoker.
