Question by : which brand of eletronic cigarette should I get?
Only seen the E-LITES electronic cigarette demo’ed and would to know what other quality brands are out there. Which one is best value for money. I have heard mixed reviews about the E-LITES, with some people saying that they do not last the 10 -12 cigarette’s as advertised. They last about 5 cigarettes and are prone to malfunction (battery issues etc).

i seen one you throw away after its done. its like 300 puffs for around $ 10. i hadn’t had a cigarette for like 2hrs,,after taking 2 hits off the cigarette, i went an hour and a half b4 i even thought bout smoking a cigarette .maybe try those..good luck!

Idk why but something in my gut and that was drilled in my morals that no one should smoke marijuana. My boyfriend smokes and it’s driving us apart cause I’m constantly upset when I find out he’s been smoking. He finds nothing wrong with it and finds me to be ridiculous by getting so upset. Can any one give me evidence why he should quit? Why marijuana is bad?

Do you need reasons why you should stop-smoking? There are so many reasons why you should stop-smoking that it can be put into a book. The reasons in favor of smoking would not fill a leaflet.

At one time, smoking was very socially accepted. People everywhere smoked. Wherever you went, people smoked and often had cigarette boxes in their homes to offer guests cigarettes. Today, you will seldom, if ever, see a cigarette box filled with cigarettes in a home or be invited to partake. For one thing, cigarettes are very expensive. If nothing else, one reason you should stop-smoking is to save money. If you do not care about your health, you should care about your financial status. Put the money aside that you would have spent on cigarettes in a jar and watch it add up.

Does cigarette smoke smell nice? Heck, no! It stinks! Another reason why you should stop-smoking is to get rid of the stench of nicotine around you. There is nothing nice at all about the smell of cigarette smoke. It gets on your clothes, your hair and everywhere. No matter what type of perfume you have, the only thing that people will notice is the cigarette odor. And it does not do much for your breath, either. You should stop-smoking just to smell nice, even if you do not care about your health.

Your teeth will become yellow as you continue to smoke. You will wrinkle easier, too. People who smoke have fine wrinkles around their mouth from smoking and tend to wrinkle on their face prematurely. Do you still think smoking is glamorous? Hardly. Even if you do not care about your health, you should care enough about your looks to stop-smoking.

Smoking is anti-social. People will treat you like a social pariah if you smoke. In most buildings, smoking is forbidden. Once you stop-smoking, you will no longer have to go outside in the rain to have a cigarette. You will be able to stay inside during your breaks. Even if you do not care enough about your health to stop-smoking, you should care about your social standing. Stop-smoking and stay inside in the cold, wet weather.

Finally, you should care about your health. We all justify our behavior with different sayings, but the truth of the matter is that smoking causes lung cancer and heart disease. It is also a contributory factor of many other diseases and weakens our immune system.

It makes you short of breath so that you cannot run or enjoy sports. When you stop-smoking, you will notice that your breathing has become easier. You will be able to walk up and down stairs without getting out of breath. You will feel better both mentally and physically. You can stop-smoking. Use one or all of the reasons given above and stop-smoking today.

Is it just as easy to quit drug use from needles or be celebate to prevent AIDS.
I’m asking because many people say they would quit cold turkey if they were able but nicotine is an addictive drug.
I’m saying if Americans are worried about smoking bans, why do we have a needle exchange program and free condoms at planned parenthood for things the rich and poor alike can just quit doing cold turkey. I think free smoking patches or gum would significantly decrease the amount of smokers today.
